How many screenshots can I attach?
You can attach up to 4 screenshots per Shift request (Pro and Trial).
Pay-as-you-go users can attach 1 screenshot per request.
When you start a new question (press Shift), previous screenshots are replaced.
How does minute counting work?
Minutes are deducted only during active use when HAINT is processing audio and generating AI hints. The actual consumption depends on:
- Length of your conversation
- Frequency of AI hint requests (when you press Ctrl to get AI response)
- Complexity of the conversation context
Note: Minutes are not deducted when HAINT is idle or when you're not actively using the AI assistance feature.
What happens when I run out of minutes?
For Pro subscribers: Safe-mode activates — HAINT pauses and offers to buy 100 minutes ($5). No auto-charges or surprise fees. For Minutes users: Balance expires after 6 months if unused. Any new purchase renews the entire remaining balance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription anytime. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Do minutes roll over?
Pro subscription: No, Pro minutes reset every month. Unused minutes do not roll over.
Pay-as-you-go: Yes, unused minutes remain in your balance until they expire (6 months from last purchase).

What happens if I cancel Pro?
