Core Questions
Is HAINT detectable during calls?
No. HAINT processes audio locally on your machine and plays hints only through your selected audio output. The other party hears nothing.
However, always follow your organization's policies regarding AI assistance tools.
Does HAINT record my conversations?
No. HAINT never records or stores conversations. All audio processing happens locally in real-time and is immediately discarded. Optional session history stores only request-response artifacts (what was sent to AI and what AI returned), not continuous recordings.
What platforms are supported?
Currently Windows 10/11 only. HAINT works with any voice communication platform: Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, phone calls, etc.
Mac and Linux support is planned for future releases.
How much does it cost?
HAINT offers flexible pricing:
- 15-day free trial (no credit card required)
- Pay-as-you-go: $5 for 100 minutes (no subscription)
- Pro subscription: $15/month for 1000 minutes
- Pro subscribers can top up at $1.50 per 100 minutes
See full pricing details on the Pricing page.
What makes HAINT different from other AI assistants?
HAINT is audio-native. Instead of converting speech to text first, HAINT streams audio directly to an AI model built for audio understanding.
This means:
- Faster — no transcription delay
- Smarter — AI hears tone, emphasis, and full context
- More accurate — no transcription errors
When you speak, HAINT hears everything — not just the words.
