• Illegal activities or fraud

• Violating others' privacy or rights
• Circumventing licensing or payment systems

3. Your Responsibilities

• Compliance: You must comply with your organization's policies regarding AI tools.
• OpenAI API: You are responsible for your own OpenAI API usage and costs.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure your use of HAINT complies with local laws and regulations.
• Ethical Use: Use HAINT ethically and transparently when required by context.

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial: 7-day trial with limited features. No credit card required.

Prepaid Minutes: One-time purchases, non-refundable after activation.

Subscriptions: Billed monthly or yearly. Cancel anytime; access until end of billing period.

Refunds: No refunds for partial months or unused prepaid minutes.

5. Service Availability

HAINT is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service or uptime
• Accuracy or quality of AI hints
• Compatibility with all systems or software
• Specific outcomes or results

6. Limitation of Liability

HAINT is not liable for:

• Decisions made based on AI hints
• Professional, financial, or legal consequences
• Data loss, system errors, or service interruptions
• Third-party services (OpenAI, Windows, audio drivers)

Maximum Liability: Limited to amount paid in past 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Abuse of service or resources

You may close your account anytime via dashboard or by contacting support@haint.tech.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
