Refund Conditions

You are eligible for a 100% refund if either of the following applies:

1. Within 7 Days

Request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date, regardless of usage.

2. Less Than 30 Minutes Used

If you've used less than 30 minutes total (across all purchases), you can request a refund at any time.

Note: These conditions apply to both one-time minutes purchases and Pro subscription payments.

How to Request a Refund

If you have an active subscription or recent purchase:

  1. Go to your HAINT Dashboard
  2. Click "Manage Subscription" or access the Stripe Customer Portal
  3. Request a refund for your purchase

Option 2: Contact Support

For assistance or if you don't have access to the Customer Portal:

  1. Email us at support@haint.tech
  2. Include your account email and purchase details
  3. We'll process your refund request within 1-3 business days

Refund Processing

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days after approval.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Notification: You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
