We stand behind HAINT and want you to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll provide a full refund under the following conditions:
Refund Conditions
You are eligible for a 100% refund if either of the following applies:
1. Within 7 Days
Request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date, regardless of usage.
2. Less Than 30 Minutes Used
If you've used less than 30 minutes total (across all purchases), you can request a refund at any time.
Note: These conditions apply to both one-time minutes purchases and Pro subscription payments.
How to Request a Refund
Option 1: Stripe Customer Portal
If you have an active subscription or recent purchase:
- Go to your HAINT Dashboard
- Click "Manage Subscription" or access the Stripe Customer Portal
- Request a refund for your purchase
Option 2: Contact Support
For assistance or if you don't have access to the Customer Portal:
- Email us at support@haint.tech
- Include your account email and purchase details
- We'll process your refund request within 1-3 business days
Refund Processing
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days after approval.
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Notification: You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
- If you've used more than 30 minutes and the 7-day window has passed
- If there's evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service
